A set of aspects that create a competitive advantage for the community that remains authentic and is best experienced in Lakeway. Identity is HERE!

The wonderful parks system and close proximity to the Lake Travis are, in my opinion, the greatest comaritive advantage for Lakeway.
Lakeway maintains a small-town feel. The people of Lakeway like the fact that we are so close to a large city but are NOT that city. You'll hear the words "gem", "quiet", "green space" and "community" repeatedly and all are accurate and important to the past and present residents. Maintaining the small-town feel is imperative.
Positioned at the gateway to the hill country, Lakeway remains a relatively quiet sports and lake community valued for raising families, hosting friends and family, and calm retirement living.
Resort like living with great amenities for families and fun social gatherings.
Outside of our lake, we have an awesome green space with amazing trails that are in the wide open but yet, also hidden. When the ones that are hidden are found, it's like finding a needle in the haystack. Hamilton Greenbelt is so incredibly amazing but I have this feeling a very small percentage of residents have ever gone to the very end, to sit on the bluff and catch the views or to go down to Hurst Creek- not the road.
