Share one or more aspects that most residents, investors and/or guests would agree is certainly true about Lakeway but not necessarily unique to the community.
In my opinion, the City of Lakeway is renowned for its excellent park system. However, the parks lack a sense of connectivity and do not effectively promote integration, nor accessibility. It is my opinon that this thought may be shared by other residents, investors or guests.

Lakeway is a magical place - the beauty, the lake, the people. The community love their city - the fun events (witch's ride, lights on!, 4th of July parade, etc.) are well attended and considered a perk to living in Lakeway and the outdoor space is plentiful and beautiful.

We are at a perfect size of a community to where it's not too big. We also have the right amount of green space for balance and just enough commercial to help the fiscal budget. It's the proper balance of it all that makes us special along with our lake. We love our lake.
